Red means evidence of a scam, from Mysten's scam blocklist (the list Sui Wallet uses), a fake copy of a real token, or a known phishing link. Everything else is facts about who holds control, not an audit: a single key isn't proof of anything bad, and a multisig isn't proof of safety.
