- We'll never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or for you to send funds. Anyone who does is a scammer.
- Don't paste secrets into this form or any message: no seed phrases, private keys, or passwords.
- TapDrop will never DM you first or ask for your recovery phrase. Only trust @TapdropHQ. Scammers pretend to be TapDrop support on X, Telegram and Discord.
Before you write
- We can't reverse blockchain transactions. Once something is sent on Sui, nobody (including us) can undo it. Escrowed money (Shill Me Marketplace) follows the escrow rules.
- Disputes: include the order or offer ID and your proof: the post link, the public replay link for voice/Spaces, and screenshots. Buyers should also press "Raise a problem" on the order page during the 72-hour review window; after it ends, the seller can be paid out automatically. Without proof, disputes go to the buyer.
- Money problems: a transaction link or digest and the wallet addresses let us check what happened on-chain fast.
- Wallet addresses and transactions are public, so it's fine to share them.
